Also, fried chicken and coleslaw sandwich time at the marinade can be minimized by starting with hot liquid in the cooker so that it safe to pressure more quickly. My only complaint is that after cutting massaman in it last time, the sealing ring had freed a smell, even though it was washed in the white.
